I've gotten the same way. My doctor is just going to say "Yes it's a flare. No there's nothing I can do. No I don't want an MRI. But we should keep you on your current medications and stay the course." I am taking out some mindless chatter in between but you get the point.

Sorry you're having this pain though. I hope it goes away soon.
