I have been unable to walk or speak before, and I still think fatigue is my worst symptom. With the other symptoms I can improvise, but with fatigue, I'm down for the count.

Definitely balance/gait symptoms. Once in a while I see somebody just walking briskly along the side of the road and I spontaneously burst into tears. Pathetic, I know, when so many are worse off. But that's the symptom I'd get rid of.

For me it would be the bad memory and not being able to find the right word at the right time. There are times at our house where we have to 'play' charades just so I can get across what I'm trying to say.

My burning mouth syndrome. By far my worst lasting symptom.

Right now for me it would be leg weakness. I can't get my floor vacuumed without ending up on the floor from my legs giving out.
