I can't even count how many times I have pushed my limits through the years. For me: it's not about being a mom, denial, acting like nothings wrong for the benefit of others, or trying to please others.

This simply who I am...stubborn and willful

I have always pushed limits and myself beyond what I should and sometimes I have paid dearly for my choices...no regrets.

I have found it very enpowering to push my limits thinking I am going to pay dearly for it and not only have I come out of it okay but I suprise myself with what I accomplished. It's an awesome feeling!
