I go to the gym and use one of those, they are really good !

Ever since I have been ill, I have put on LOTS of weight. The gym I go to is really good and they have tailor-made programs for people with disabilities so they know what kind of machinery you can use. This was suggested by my personal trainer and it's helped lots ! I have back issues and it has helped strengthened my back (my PTs noticed a difference), it's strengthened my arms and I have also lost 4lb in weight in the last week I have been going !

Good Luck with it, i'm sure you'll find it helpful. It doesn't hurt me to use it and I rather enjoy it !

Take care,
Alison
