From what I have read I think the Duct Tape removal like for warts should work, the adhesive on the tape kills the virus that causes warts. Not the cheap plastic tape, the real fabric tape. Works like a charm, covering the tape with a band-aid to conceal it would reduce questions. Only takes a small piece of tape.
