cold to the bone. anyone else?

I get this way when it is cold and damp. I tell my kids that I have a '
toothache in the bottom of my feet and in my legs...mostly in my shin bones.

Nothing really helps

HOpefully spring will be here soon and we all will be feeling a bit better.
