how many have a flare with the change of seasons. Either hot to cold or cold to hot? I find the change of seasons, even if its to welcome weather messes with me.
Am I alone?

I must be in one right now.
![]() Whenever there is a storm brewing or some other barometric pressure involved incident my sx go haywire. Heat, especially, just wipes me out. So....summer isn't my favorite time of year. And we have such l-o-n-g summers here in the South. I feel like a walking weather vane. ![]()

Sinus infections, heat intolerence, cold intoleence, and I can tell you hours before when it is going to rain.
Yup. I dont like summer or winter. However the sunshining 58-63 degree weather that we have this week is perfect for me. Problem is I live in Virginia and that perfect weather will only last for about a week before the hot hits.

For me, it doesn't always cause a true flare. But, I do have a flare up of symptoms, kind of like a pseudo-exacerbation. Switching from fall to winter is my worst time. But it may have more to do with always ending up with a sinus infection or cold right around that same time.

I guess that's what I'm having now....a pseudo-exacerbation....since I've had these sane symptoms before. Still though, it's difficult to put up with.
