Hello scaredtd, and welcome to NeuroTalk.

While your symptoms may be caused by a number of things, you might start by looking into B12; especially because it is relatively safe to take, and as you mentioned, frequent or multiple doctor visits are not on the table right now.

Another supplement that many of us find helpful is Vitamin D.
