I do! I get the itchies all the time.....or I used to. Not so much anymore. But my skin is so sensitive that just using a different lotion or soap can do it to me. Since I've been using Burt's Bees products it has gotten much better. I think it's all the additives and unnatural ingredients in the other products that bother my skin.

I asked this on the PN board about a year ago. Mrs D posted a link to wikipedia on formication. Note the M in the word.
