My fatigue is manageable with Nuvigil (but still a pain in the butt). I can work a full day but do little after work and on my days off like I used to do. My house is always unorganized and a mess. I was always a spotless housekeeper before.

Copaxone has been best for me to keep the MS under control and minimize other symptoms so with that and the Nuvigil and supplements I do ok. I still need a lot of sleep though.
