I wouldn't advise anyone eating their meds. I have never had a good experience. Either it does nothing, or I get way too high. I would think eating it would be the easiest way, but it's not. I recommend people take one hit (joint or pipe), hold for 10 seconds and then like someelse mentioned - wait 15 minutes and see if you need or want more.
