I had a great conversation with Trish about a day ago. It was more about DD and her finals for school but I really like Trish and it felt good to talk with her.
I did talk to her about my spasms and how they are much more prevalent for me in the evening when watching tv and very strong if DH or DD take me to see a movie. Sensory overload? Darkened theater with the sights and sound triggering spasms? Sounds reasonable. I have some sublingual tabs for under my tongue. It is supposed to taste like a chewable vitamin C. I may try one tonight at home. If there is any noticeable positive effect, I will take one at a theater. |
