Not yet feeling the power. Not sick anymore, just weak and a little skeered. I'm hoping and praying that it just has to run it's course.

I am not walking anymore folks, my weakness is in transferring from sofa to scooter to stairlift to basement chair and back again.

My left leg is so weak and uncoordinated that it's hard to stand and pivot. I'll be trying a little more PT here at home. Keep your fingers crossed that it works.

I'm so sorry you are still feeling poorly. Try some of the exercises and if it doesn't work, call your dr. Keep us posted on how you are feeling.

Feeling a bit better and a little stronger today. Yor prayers, thoughts and vibes are working. Please don't stop.

I've gotten lazy over the years, so the extra exercising & stretching lately has been helping me too, I think. Even while I sit here at the computer, I try to keep things moving. It's a good thing!

I hope and pray that you are all coping and dealing with your every day challenges, too.

I'm glad you feel better, Sally. It's scary when stuff like this happens....makes us wonder if it really will get better. But, it does get better and I think the experience reminds us how much we appreciate what we do have.

prayers coming your way sally. sounds a lot like my first flare up. it took a while, but i am 90% recovered. i'm sure you will regain your strength too
