I thought this was new too. I just halted all MS meds myself. Just isn't really worth it to me. Im just taking maintenance meds now. There is no smoking gun therapy drug. At least not for me. Can't speak for others, but I had to face it, there is no cure for MS, and all these chemicals I keep pumping into my body is only hurting me, not helping. Im done with them. No more.

Betaseron '02, Copaxone '12, Tecfidera '13
(allergic reaction to all)

For her, getting off most meds was an important breakthrough, because of her type of metabolism. Others may do well with meds, she did not. I'm mostly the same way so I understand this. She discovered at least part of how her body functions, and went with it.
I hope she has had a great time since she left the forum.
