One hour of spin class last night. Felt good to get back after skipping a few days, but wow was I tired this morning.

went to Costco this morning. Walked around with my parents shopping. That counts as exercise, doesnt it?

Picked up my new glasses this afternoon, and now I'm a little off balance from getting used to the new prescription, so I'm probably not going to the gym to walk tonight. (reading my Kindle while trying to get used to new glasses and walking at the same time, might not be a good idea)

Well, I had a chemically induced stress test and got my heart rte up to 147 bpm... Does that count?

Depends Deb heh. 30 laps today, 50 laps yesterday. 14x28 pool.

30 min walk, 20 toning, 30 min on the Wii doing the exercise routines in "We Cheer 2" (U2 concert here tomorrow - will be massive, 100,000 ppl estimated - lots of motor accidents/DUIs - I stayed indoors where it's safe tonight!).

Will walk tomorrow 30 min and 20 min of toning... then tomorrow evening is my easy night. Talk with Mom on the phone. :)

45 mins of hard walking today. sweating to beat the band. its humid here. I forgot my cool ware neck thing, and we had no water on us. Whew! I needed a drink when we got home. I juiced up a nice morning blend.

Should you be putting yourself to this kind of test, when you already have ON?
Take it easier on yourself.

You make me hurt just reading about it..:D:p:D

Aww thanks Sally! I am actually going kinda easy. I am avoiding rabbit hollow. I cancelled my horse back riding, and I am not doing anything in the heat. My juice diet, and other interventions are helping nicely with the ON, and I am trying to keep my own spirits up. While I just got away from this place, it hit me upon return how much I want to move. I normally walk at least an hour and do hills and such. I didnt realize how hot I was till i was almost home. I have spent the day surfing the net, juicing, answering back emails, playing on facebook, and playing with the cats. its all good.

just got back from the gym.

Did the treadmill for 20 mins. Did .40 of a mile, so I'm nearly up to the half mile mark again. Too hot here to try to make it that far. I'm good now for about 20 minutes and then I want to go home. At least I'm doing something.

I woke up this morning to tingly legs. (havent had that for a few months) Little annoyed at that. The tingles were a little worse after walking, but it's been about 20mins since I got home, so I'm cooled down now.

Kind of hoping to get myself up to doing more than a half mile or a full mile eventually. Think I'm going to have to wait till the weather gets cooler.

I did ALOT of laundry, and scrubbing today. does that count? I didnt walk cause we left at the crack of insanity, but will make up for it tomorrow. maybe a 3 mile walk? depends on the weather.
