hi all ...

did my arm workout ... and continually adding more moves with the weights ... and now- just holding out both arms holding the weights and counting to 10, rest, back up - count to 10 ... and do that 10 times ...

and I'm beginning to feel changes ... and my arms (even my hands) are feeling better ... I have mild CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome) ... but, I bet EVERYONE has it .. not doing surgery, yet anyways ... hopefully, the workouts will help!

I worked out on the Wii yesterday for about 25 minutes.

Today I went to the fitness center. Worked on a stationary bike for 20 minutes and then 25 minutes on weight machines. Feels great!!

Walked my 30 this morning, 20 toning, and then it was a downpour with thunderstorm warnings this evening... which meant 30 minutes on "We Cheer 2" instead today! I was sweating horribly after that work out, I definitely made up for the lack of a walk tonight!

Do you put toe weights on them, Sal? ;-)

I worked on the Wii for about 45 min. Today...totally overdid it. I was soaked afterwards...

walked about 50 mins to breakfast place today, and after we ate I walked back to the B&B. I got over heated, upset my tummy and ended up with dire rear for my tour of Ben and Jerrys factory. Saw the Cabot cheese annex, and then we simply headed home. got home and crashed. still need a nap.

Awesome job everyone's doing! I'm impressed. Even SALLY wiggled her toes! 25 pool laps for me today, yesterday made 1,200 for 2011.

made it back to the gym today. Did .43 of a mile in about 22mins before I got tired.

My knee still hurts. My aunt thinks I hurt it when I went swimming a couple weekends ago. What really bugs it is keeping my knee bent when I'm sitting down, or sleeping. At least treadmill walking hasnt seemed to hurt it.

Walked 30 min this morning, 20 minutes toning, then 5km tonight to make up for not being able to walk last night due to poor weather.

Now I'm beat! Time for bed.
