Ugh... Deer Flies.
![]() Speaking of bugs, I miss the hum of the Cicadas in the summertime. They're an incredibly ugly/grotesque bug if you've ever seen one (thankfully for me, it was dead or I'd have screamed - age 6 or so). Long story short, we don't have Cicadas in Moncton, NB, or not this year... only 1 summer I can recall hearing them, and it was during a very hot couple days. I went on my 30 minute walk this morning and the air was nice and cool. Sun was behind cloud, it had rained earlier this morning so the ground was damp. Was starting to get humid as I walked the last stretch. It was very dark/stormy looking last night, but I did manage to get my 5km walk in (did 5km the night prior as well, and put in about 20km in the 2 days of my weekend - a lot of walking). Tonight I may walk 30 min after dinner (I find it somewhat helps digestion to take a leisurely paced walk after supper), but if the weather's bad I may play my Wii instead (maybe yoga!).
