okay - I'm getting BETTER ...
I took out my little 2-step stepladder .. and would just go up one, both feet, down, one foot then the other ... and did it steady for 3-minutes!! stood up straight .. and marched up and down one step ... AND did 6 different arm exercises with weights while I sat by the computer reading ... my goal -back to my Army basic training weight ... 20 lbs to go!!
