Arrow Montel Williams Had The CCSVI Procedure

Montel William's MS Foundation
My CCSVI Journey

A lot of you have been wondering why I stopped posting right after the CCSVI procedure. As many of you know, it can take months to fully realize the benefits of the procedure and I want to be sure of the results before sharing them. Overall I am feeling better and have definitely experienced a dramatic improvement in my balance.

I did not go into this procedure seeking a cure for MS, but was rather seeking out a procedure that I believed, after extensive testing, would improve my overall health and give me some relief from my MS symptoms.

The purpose of having the Dr Oz show follow me through this process was to chronicle it and give a full overview of the pros and cons of CCSVI to so many who are seeking accurate information on this procedure. A lot more information than what can be shared on FB.

I do not feel it is responsible at this time to disclose where I had it done (it was in the US) as I want that information to come along with ALL the FACTS. Thank you all for your understanding and continued support.

I dont like Montel or Oz, but having a couple of famous names involved in the CCSVI might just get something done on research for the procedure.

Maybe they'll (the researchers) be able to figure out a way that the CCSVI could be used as a therapy for MS??

I had no idea, thanks for the information. So to me this seems to indicate that either Montel is heading for the crapper and grasping at straws or his uber researchers/confidants have deduced that this procedure is worthwhile. Interesting.

I hope it works well for him and that could help others, who are contemplating this procedure.

I wonder if he had the balloons or the stents??

Thanks Lady for the update.

I hope he's able to give us a good report on how he responded to the procedure. Just like MS affects everyone differently.....the CCSVI procedure does, too.

Question

I just saw a new commercial with Montel... I forgot what it was for, but I noticed he was breathing in an odd way.

Each time he took a breath, he heaved up his shoulders, in a very noticable way. Is this his MS? or a result of this surgery?

He also looked much thinner than last time I saw him. Was the surgery very recent...or could this have been new, and just aired?

MS can affect breathing. Especially if the "hug" is doing it's thing. I've been to where I can't take a deep breath....it hurts too bad. After a while you just have to whether it hurts or not. I hate the "hug".

Question

I've never seen him do this before.... and I've seen him often for years. This must be new?

Well, if it's the "hug" it can come and go. Or it can hang around for a while. Mine usually lasts at least 24 hours. Sometimes longer but not usually shorter. It's a delightful experience! Not!
