Following this thread, I got very brave and tried salmon. I used to eat tuna YEARS ago, and I've just taken the 'avoid all' since my last reaction to shellfish.

I can eat salmon!!!! I have a can of tuna to try as well. I'm sure I'll be okay with that too.

This opens many doors as far as my food choices go.. I stopped eating red meat 3+ years back, so I was quite limited in what I could eat for meats.

So now I can have my chicken, turkey, vegetarian substitutes like soy, and fish! Going to try haddock, cod etc as well.

(just had to share - I'm so glad I can eat SOME fish, though shellfish is a major major no no, throat tightens just from smelling it).
