Seriously though the pharmaceutical companies all have family members with diseases of some sort just like the rest of us. While I agree the amount they charge is excessive there is no doubt in my mind that if anyone was sitting on a home-run for MS it would be out there. There are too many other ailments and cancers to make money from if that is their only motivation.

While there are indeed good corporate pharmas out there, some I wouldn't place in that category. Just look at how Biogen/IDEC handled the initial release of Tysabri and the millions of dollars their top brass hauled in before it was originally pulled for several months. The Biogens of the world operate on one principal....profit and the more the better. Harry |
