Does the weakness ever go away? And is it a relapse when you are?

I was dx'ed Primary progressive. Nothing ever remitted so my weakness just continues to ummm, progress. Exercise is nice but it still did not change anything. i just get weaker, number. And new sx's crop their ugly head up in my body.
