Did 25 miles in about 1:45 on wednesday night outside. Even though it was 95-100 degrees, it really wasn't that bad. I just rode easy since I am faster than the coworker I go riding with. I kind of blew him up in the 100+ degree heat a few weeks ago, so I went easy on him this time.

Went to spin class last night and did what I call a trance class. He just plays music with different tempos and has us always try to pedal to the tempo. The idea is to not focus on time or how bad your legs hurt or anything else...just turn the resistance up or down and chase whatever tempo the music has. It can be brutal if you are not bashful about turning up the resistance. Last night I went HARD, and I am still feeling it today. Was a fun class though.
