Hope everyone's doing well today
![]() I walked 4.5km last evening. Doing my "Winter Walk" now, it's a path that's on a bus route and heavily traveled/cleared (hospital zone). Best walked in the fall/winter/early spring when the nights get dark quicker too. I managed to avoid the rain yesterday morning and last night on my walk, however this morning was light rain. Went out and did my 30 min walk anyways, with umbrella. At least it wasn't windy! No walk tonight after dinner, except 2 blocks to the corner store for more bread (tangent - the loaves are going up in price, and they're smaller - anger!) and my nightly toning while cooking dinner. First NFL game of the season's on tonight too! (for you sports fans!). Should be a great game!
