I consider it my 'new birthday' now, I made so many GOOD lifestyle changes since the diagnosis, and honestly changed my life like flipping an old home.

I don't celebrate my official birthday, with that said, nor do I do anything special come diagnosis anniversary. I think about the time that I was diagnosed, but as time passes I think less and less about it. Just another day.

Congrats, Natalie...NOT!!

Yes it was just another day, so why do we remember it..

I remember the Anniversary of my first DX, it was in August of 1976. Although my first anniversary of having MS was in March of 1964.

i know how upset i was when i heard the dx. i was driving in my car.
i remember where i was and what i did and how i felt but not the date or time.

you'll probably forget next yr Nat when you get cognition issues.
i'm only kidding. trying to make light of it.

just con't to live 1 day at a time and look forward, not back.
glad you told us.
