I am not mad at JL. I still love him dearly for all he has done for us. I do not like the way he's been running or not running BT. He has given way too much power to his unnamed Mods, who are not accountable for what they do. Their ramdom bannings of good people is horrible and will no longer be tollerated by me.

JL has also not communicated with his members in a long time. He may be the owner of that site but he is no longer a visable leader, or friend as he has been, in the past. A lot of us feel as if he deserted us a long time ago. Yes he has a life now and many other irons in the fire. Thats great and I'm happy for him, but, he should turn the Neurology boards over to someone, who has the time for us, that we deserve.

I wish him well, as I always have, but he has to prove to me that things will be different and better at BT. That place saved me and I will always have a special place in my heart for the OLD BT and the OLD John Lester. If that guy returns, then so will I.

I'll probably post here and lurk there. I was on that forum since the '90's, when it was wild and woolly and I remember the transition to a real message board.

In those days, JL was enormously proud of the fact that it was uncensored, but then there were some very bad days when things got so acrimonious and cruel that it became obvious that moderation was necessary.

At first the moderation was reasonable, but it just got more and more dictatorial and, IMO, capricious, but I still have fond feelings for JL and all he's done.
