![]() exercise, even mild exercise has been proven to be so beneficial to the mind, the body and many diseases. it occupies your mind, gives you a goal, helps you take responsibility for your disease, instead of handing it the keys to the car. Getting out there or staying inside and pushing yourself thru a routine will teach you how to be more stubborn, will teach you how to roar and say NO! you cannot steal my day today. I am so proud of all of you! ![]() Yes, there are days when I cant/shouldnt get outside, but on those days I try to do something light inside. Wii, or lift cans or leg lifts from the couch, or arm stretches, and yoga stretches. There are many exercise programs for chair sitters if you google them. please, my beauties, get out there and wiggle stuff in public! I walked a half mile today. didnt feel great. dragged back home, but tomorrow is another day and as soon as this cold jumps off my back I am going to be right back at it. Get wiggling! ![]()
