Still going. Still trying to get in 10k+ steps a day and doing well at it thus far. Bought new running shoes today.. the second hand ones I had bought didn't work out (I developed really sore spots on my left ankle where the shoe was rubbing on my ankle). Had been walking in my Birkenstocks with fluffy socks ... yes, fashion faut pas!

I took advantage of the great weather we're having (65 right now, will be 70 tomorrow). I took a nice walk this morning with a friend then raked leaves and did a little yardwork.

I worked on an elliptical for 30 min today, and weight machines for 20 min.
