I got on the scale today for the first time in over a year.
![]() ![]() I'm not a big eater, but I guess it's what I eat and when and having MS, I am basically inactive. ![]() What to do? More exercise(sitting down), less food (of course), liposuction (no way), Artificial sweeteners (bad for health), cut out all sweets (can't do it-not completely)??? Damn, eating is one of the few pleasures I have left. I'm not a pig, I don't overeat and I eat healthy Dinners from Schwans. Yes I do indulge myself a few times a week with icecream and cookies. ![]() HELP!!!! Any suggestions?? Imma gonna do it and I hate Weight watchers!!! ![]()
