You would have to bring up this problem that I'm trying desperately to ignore
 The deck is really stacked against us Sally, sitting all the time, alone and bored, age, MS, too much pain to fix "healthy" food, etc. I've been looking into SENSA -- the stuff you sprinkle on your food and don't have to change any eating habits. Has anyone heard/tried this?Gentle  's for all..............

I don't know Judy, it sounds like a placebo, if you believe it, it must be true type thingy..
 And expensive!!!!Hey, tho, Who knows? If you try it, let me know if it works..
