Default Is this something that can wait?

I woke up today really really numb. More numb than I had been earlier this week. (my butt is so numb, going to the bathroom a few minutes ago was...interesting) It's mostly down my right side, and it's really really uncomfortable. My right leg is weak and both legs feel really tired.

Is this something that I can wait till tomorrow to call my neuro in a panic, or should I call him in a panic today at his emergency number?

I'm also dizzy today, and just feel really bad.
