Default Not N.Y. Resolutions, But?

What am I going to do different this year, to keep me from getting into the weakened condition, I was in last year?

I'm going to keep up with my PT and OT. You really do lose it, if you don't use it!!

Eat Healthy. I don't see changing my diet a lot, but just eating less cookies and more lean meat, veggies and fruit - More protien less fat and carbs.

Take care of my Body and Psychy. Keep my skin healthy and avoiding the flus and such. Doing what I enjoy, like reading and coming here to laugh and cry with you, my friends.

Some of you have already been taking this care of yourselves, but some, like me, haven't and are suffering because of it.

Some things we can't prevent but some we can. I'm going to concentraite on those and quit dwelling on and leave to God, the things I can't change.
