@new2net98:

Your B12 is not normal. Cut off in US now is 400. (old lab ranges are still reported, with lows as normal, when they are not.)

MSers and Fibro patients have been tested and found to have low B12 in the spinal fluid. This indicates something is not moving from the body serum into the CSF properly. Raising the B12 may help with some issues.

Here is my B12 thread with links to medical information:
Post #70 has quotes from Dr. Snow, who has led the improvement in targeting and treating low B12 and neuro disorders.

This medical link explains more, and is targeting doctors. But is understandable enough for patients too:

You can take an oral supplement of active B12 methylcobalamin 5mg a day on an empty stomach and raise your levels considerably. Pennies a day.
iherb.com
Swanson's
and Puritan's Pride
all offer this now.

However, most local stores don't carry this superior type for supplementation yet.
