I work in a retail store with 14 employees and one shared restroom. This is a real challenge for me but I make sure that I have time to sit at least one extra minute for emptying.
Vesicare for urgency and flomax for hesitancy - both made a big difference for me. I also found that reading somehow helps it start. Maybe the nerve impulses making the eyes move back and forth go elsewhere too? And the music they have playing in restrooms everywhere makes it hard to relax.
