Twink, you kill me...

When I had my sleep study, the neuro discussed how one little jerk of a finger is enough to take a body out of recuperative sleep. Also, of course, the apnea. One of his neuro specialties is sleep disorders...he feels that 5 episodes during a sleep study is bad. I had 98...
