Is the pain mainly in the front, side or back of hip, or all over?
Hopefully that is the first thing a doctor would ask..but maybe not. Maybe some of these yoga poses would help. This site has photos of real people ( some sites just have drawings). I wonder if it could be the psoas causing some of the trouble? http://www.yogajournal.com/practice/169 This page has a list of categories- http://www.yogajournal.com/poses/fin...wse_categories And if any look like they might be worth trying , then a youtube search of that pose will be a good way to see it being done fully.

Well, I couldn't find them. I should have bookmarked that page but I didn't.
Jo*mar - Those are great. I do yoga stretches before getting out of bed in the morning. The gentle stretches really do help. Thanks for posting this. |
