I've used the same programmable remote for 20 yrs. I buy them from ebay, have 5. Program it the way I like so I never have to fumble over buttons I don't need. Don't know how anyone could use more then 1!

I also take a different route- exercise every day, take testosterone, low dose of estrogen & progesterone, ampyra, b12 ect putting off getting much worse the best I can.

I like alot of the tricks mentioned though. This is a great thread.
