Thanks Kell, my take below........

1. Be proactive...I'm my own best advocate.

2. Maintain an active lifestyle...I try.

3. Be aware of the psycho. issues that result from the physical ones...1 word =Prozac.

4. Have a team of specialists...Too costly.

5. Exercise for specific aspects of your disease, not just for fitness...Of course I do.

6. Think long-term...Never.

7. Have goals outside MS...Within reason.

excellent article.
and, i agree with sally too.

i don't plan too far ahead. i prefer to deal with the here and now.
it's easier to be in control and i'm not fearful of the future.
