since I stop doing stuff my shoulders feel a little better today the knot of fluid is still there on the left shoulder but I know not to lift or work my fingers too much. I heard some sounds in my ear? |

Where is this knot of fluid on your shoulder - above or near the collarbone/shoulder area?? If so you should read about TOS, this is a common thing with it. Always possible to have more than one condition going on.
