Eating a sweet dessert or anything with nuts can keep me up a bit late and also makes me a bit cold-sweaty as my body digests high energy stuff i suppose.

I dont eat anything but water past 5pm. I have Gastroparesis and to do so means I regurgitate half the night. its rare that we eat at 6, but it does happen. We rarely eat sweets here, even tho my brain tells me they are part of a nutritionally balanced diet. I eat fruit or stuff like that if I want sweets.

I got that magic bed pillow that blows up the head of the bed. I used it 2x now and I am impressed that raising the head of the bed just 2 or 3 inches at night has kept me from rolling and spinning and waking up coughing. I think I have been suffering with acid reflux pretty bad and dont notice it too much cause I am trying to sleep.

I am trying to do more and more OUT of bed during the day instead of using it as my TV place, my computer place, my phone place, my game place, my facebook place...I am using the living room TV, Computer, phone...I am hoping this will make a difference for me.
