I don't get it? How can the optic nerves look healthy, if all the myelin has depleted?

my MD called it "silent damage" ugh! one MD thought me to be a nut and looking for a way to get out of work. I said "im retired!" and that changed her mind, but she didnt seem to believe me when I said i had hazy, doubled vision.

i want this to stop now.
