Kitty Lady, I don't think a person with MS should use much of the Schwan's products. They come around our neighborhood, so I looked at their list of ingredients in many of their foods. All were too high in saturated fat and/or salt. For me the salt is an issue (swelling) but I think for all with MS saturated fat should be lower than in Schwan's products. But I'm on the Swank diet so that means no Schwann's. I too would love convenience of that. One convenient thing I use is Healthy Choice TV dinners, the only TV dinners low enough in both fat and salt to meet my needs. Some of those are better than others. And much less expensive than Schwann's.

Schwans has an "eat Smart" program. its low salt, low fat, and really yummy. They have everything from a TV style dinner to a full meal that can be cook. Good fish, and steamed veggies. They do have some full fat, full salt products that have an ingredient list as long as your arm tho, so pick carefully.
I would prefer no one eat any prepackaged meals, but lets face it the world has changed. We cook ahead, and package our meals into easy to reheat GLASS trays. (never microwave plastic!) They are nutritious, easy, and I know every ingredient in them. I cook one day a week, and package the rest for the freezer. This way I am only a danger once a week, and then we no longer have to say "what do you want for dinner." its a variety. I can have lasagna and he can have fish.
