I think if you check magnesium on the peripheral neuropathy thread you'll find that Mrs. D (the resident 'supplement guru') advises a different kind of magnesium since the oxide variety isn't used well by the body. On her recommendation I take magnesium malate -- seems to work. But do search the stickies in the PN thread for more information. Best to everyone!
