I got severe pain in one wrist not long ago.
wrist to thumb, all along the edge, as it were.
so bad i couldn't even use it to wipe in the loo!
very painful. worried a bit, thought hard, wondered what now.
Then one day it just went away again! Hope yours does too. and yes, i think it was an ms thing.

thank you all for your answers/thoughts.
Well today, I am having tingling along with the pain and stiffness, in my whole hand, including my thumb and index finger.

if this cont's i'd check with your dr to get to the bottom of it.
i thought of carpal tunnel too but that's usually not so sudden.

Default pain in my hands

Hi I was wondering did you find out what was wrong with your hand,
I'm the same woke up one morning could not move my hand my fingers were stiff and the pads in my Palm were swollen it seems to move to the other hand as well , I have been like this for 6 weeks some times I can't hold a cup the pain is to strong
It scares me
