Default Water Retention After Steroids

It's been a couple of weeks since I did my 3 day IVSM. As always, I retain fluid for about a week afterwards and it goes away. Well, ever since I did the steroids, I've been retaining fluid on and off. I don't eat a lot of salt. In fact, I don't even have a salt shaker. I'm not a salt person. I also make sure I drink lots of fluids, mostly water but a glass of juice and a cup of coffee every morning and an EmergenC.

Has anyone experienced this for a few weeks after IVSM?
