Default Terry Wahl MS Diet

Hi All,

I've just had my first MRI and lesions have been found; I'm waiting to see the neurologist to find out more. In the meantime, I'm trying to do as much research as possible. I'm curious to know what people here think of Terry Wahls' MS diet. She is a physician and researcher at the University of Iowa who was severely disabled due to MS. She claims to have made a complete recovery through changing her diet. Please watch her 17-minute talk and let me know what you think. Just google "Terry Wahls, MS diet Ted Talk" and you should find it on YouTube.

Thanks,

Olive
