Owww Sal!!!!.... That smack hurt.....and yet....it was strangely therapeutic Just what I need.

Glad to hear you had no major damage! When I fall now, I have to have help getting up. I seem to forget I can't squat and get things off a bottom shelf at stores..kind embarrassing asking another shopper for help but, hey we do what we gotta do!

I can squat - but to get up, I have to roll onto all fours, then find some support to 'pull myself up'. Soooo graceful..... Feeling much more like a hippo than an antelope these days
