Hi "scrappi"! Yes, it can be scary when food becomes difficult to swallow. I seem to have more trouble with liquids sliding down my throat before I'm ready to swallow than solid food.
![]() ![]() It sounds like you know how to handle the anorexia. I battled that for awhile, but not until middle age.......lots of stress. It's still easy for me not to eat, but we both know that's not the way to go. Remember there are people here who care about you and want to lend their support however they can. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Taking time to eat is very important. Chewing well. If I do that I never choke. If I eat too fast and don't chew I sometimes choke.
