I gave myself my first shot today. The nurse will be here on Tuesday to show me how to use the auto ejector but I think I will still do mines manually.
It was not that bad I didn't feel anything except the sting after the fact. and I seen a little bump later.

Congratulations! I did my first one with the autoinjector after watching the video. It took me a while to get up the nerve to self inject, great job!!

I just got my autoinjector in the mail today and should hopefully have the meds within the next couple weeks. Congrats on giving yourself your first shot - I hope I have an equally good experience!

I'm not currently on Copaxone, but I was for several years. I never could make myself do the autoject. Even as a full-fledged needle weenie, I prefered the control of injecting manually.

Congrats!!! I was on C for a few years and always self injected. I had too much trouble with the autoinjector and changing the depth based on the location I was "shooting" in to. It was more of a hassle than just doing it manually.
Good luck with the training and definitely have the training help you with the depth and settings for different areas. |
