on the 2 tabs every AM. No major boost, but a subtle difference. It is as if I can push thru naptime easier (if I have to due to obligations/schedule).

of course it could just be an easier week or my brain wanting this to work.

all in all, I cannot say "Rush to go get it and take it" nor can I say "Mehhh, dont waste your money". I think I will keep taking it and revaluate in a month or two.
